A women-led network of seasoned experts in marketing strategy, branding, design, content, SEO, and UX.

After years in agencies and in-house roles, specializing in digital marketing strategy and content, I saw how often businesses lacked a strong foundation and burned out their teams.

With a focus on understanding and clarity, she approaches every client partnership with a tailored perspective. Her work combines creative direction with actionable strategy, empowering founders to move forward confidently rather than just making educated guesses.
In her spare time, Steph is passionate about designing her own home, including flipping it, and is also an experienced seamstress.

Justine lives in Los Angeles with her husband, her two-year-old son, and their very opinionated dog, Oli.
