SET Collective started with a pattern we kept seeing: firms doing beautiful, referral-worthy work, presented online at a fraction of their level. The portfolio stuns in person. The website whispers. The inquiries that arrive don't match the caliber of the projects going out. We built SET to close that gap. Strategy first, always: before anything gets designed, we get aligned on who you're for, what you charge, and what your presence needs to prove. Then a hand-picked senior team builds it: messaging, brand, website, and the marketing around it. The name is the promise. Stephanie spent 13+ years building credibility for businesses where trust is everything before pointing SET at the world she kept coming back to: homes and the people who design, build, and sell them. Her background spans fashion design, real estate, and senior marketing roles, which means she speaks both languages: the craft and culture of the design world and the positioning, messaging, and systems that turn great work into the right inquiries. She's also mid-renovation on her own home, so she experiences firsthand every day exactly what your clients bring to you.

As sniffer-in-chief, Stan makes sure every food bowl is thoroughly inspected, no ball goes unplayed, and anyone who thinks otherwise will be placed on a PIP (Playtime Improvement Plan).
His diligent and loyal duties include, but are not limited to, monitoring all activities, ensuring ample outdoor breaks, and ensuring Zoom meetings never run longer than necessary. (Trust me, he'll let you know if they do.)
