After years in agencies and in-house roles, specializing in digital marketing strategy and content, I saw how often businesses lacked a strong foundation and burned out their teams.

I created SET Collective to work differently—bringing together independent specialists who collaborate to build strategies, execute with precision, and support sustainable growth.

    As sniffer-in-chief, Stan makes sure every food bowl is thoroughly inspected, no ball goes unplayed, and anyone who thinks otherwise will be placed on a PIP (Playtime Improvement Plan).

    His diligent and loyal duties include, but are not limited to, monitoring all activities, ensuring ample outdoor breaks, and ensuring Zoom meetings never run longer than necessary. (Trust me, he'll let you know if they do.)

    Stephanie has a solid background in fashion business and marketing communications, boasting over 13 years of diverse experience with agencies, tech startups, creative projects, and in-house teams. She founded SET to address the gaps she noticed: talented teams often feeling directionless and founders struggling to navigate on their own. 

    With a focus on understanding and clarity, she approaches every client partnership with a tailored perspective. Her work combines creative direction with actionable strategy, empowering founders to move forward confidently rather than just making educated guesses.

    In her spare time, Steph is passionate about designing her own home, including flipping it, and is also an experienced seamstress.

    Justine is a senior partner within the SET Collective team, bringing 15+ years of experience across branding, business development, and client management. With a background that spans Lifestyle, Beauty, Entertainment, and Tech, she quickly understands the nuances of each client’s world and delivers solutions that feel both strategic and intuitive.

    She’s known for bridging the gap between concept and execution, strengthening client relationships through steady leadership, smart collaboration, and strategies that actually land.
